Dr. Henry Hai Li attended ICMAXXII2023 Dubai

On 5-10November 2023, the managing partner of this firm, Dr. Henry Hai Li attended the International Congress of Maritime Arbitrators XXII Dubai. During the conference, he presented a paper entitled “A Brief Introductionto the Beijing Convention on the Judicial Sale of Ships” discussing the key contents of this newly adoptedUN Convention. In the conclusion, he said it is hoped that shipowners and their creditors being as users of the international maritime arbitration may benefit from this Convention.
