The International Maritime Arbitration Seminar was held in Beijing

       The International Maritime Arbitration Seminar jointly hosted by China Maritime Arbitration Commission and Vancouver Maritime Arbitrators Association was held in Beijing on 27 September 2016. Henry & Co. is one of the sponsors of this seminar, and more than 200 representatives of major international maritime arbitration institutions in the world, judges, arbitrators, lawyers, in-house counsels, professors and experts of maritime arbitration from different parts of the world attended this seminar. Dr. Henry Hai Li, the senior partner of this firm, was invited to act as the moderator of the 3rd session on the validity of maritime arbitration clause and the recognition and enforcement of maritime arbitration award. The seminar was a great success.
