Dr. Henry Hai Li attended a Seminar on Maritime Finance and Law in Shanghai

         On 7 December 2017, a seminar on Maritime Finance and Law was held during  2017 China Maritime Conference & Exhibition in Shanghai. More than 100 guests and representatives from shipping, finance, arbitration fields and related industry associations and institutions attended the seminar. This seminar, under the theme of “Financial Innovation, Legal Escort”, discussed the circumstances the shipping finance would face including the legal disputes, risk prevention, etc. involved in shipbuilding contracts, and proposed a few solutions to face the depressed ship market for the shipyards and the related institutions. The Senior Partner of this firm, Dr. Henry Hai Li, attended this seminar and made a presentation on Certain Issues in Relation to Chinese Shipyards in London Arbitration.
