China Maritime Law Association successfully held its Annual Meeting of 2017 in Beijing

       On 18 September 2017, China Maritime Law Association held its Annual Meeting of 2017 at Beijing Friendship Hotel in Beijing. The one-day meeting started with the Second Conference of the 14th Council of the Association and followed by a seminar on maritime law. More than 200 council members or representatives from the related shipping enterprises, law firms, universities, etc. attended the meeting. Dr. Henry Hai Li, the vice president of the Association and the senior partner of this firm, chaired the first session of the seminar in the afternoon, a number of issues in relation to proposed modification of the Maritime Law were discussed at the meeting. The presentations of the speakers and the comments made by the Chair were welcomed and appreciated by the attendants.
